Instead of building one event in one building and stopping,
the goal is to create repeatable Holiday Hustle activations
across multiple establishments and Arizona markets.

Do I have to be a huge company?
No. Velvet Society can consider partnerships with local
businesses, regional brands and larger organizations.
What does the $500 sponsorship cover?
It is the current Presenting Sponsor offer for one applicable
activation, with benefits subject to the specific venue,
layout, approvals and final written sponsorship terms.
Can we sponsor more than one activation?
Yes, subject to availability and a written agreement.
Contact us to discuss multiple dates or markets.
Can we provide products instead of money?
Possibly. Submit an in-kind proposal describing exactly what
your company can provide and what partnership benefit you are
requesting.
Can we have a booth?
A sponsor activation area may be available where the specific
venue, floor plan and applicable rules permit it.
Can we collect leads?
Potentially through your own approved voluntary signup or QR
experience, subject to applicable rules and the agreed activation.
Will you guarantee attendance or sales?
No. Velvet Society does not guarantee attendance, impressions,
leads, customer traffic or sales.
How are results reported?
Post-activation reporting uses information that was actually
measured or logged. Velvet Society will not manufacture attendance,
impression or engagement numbers.
Can we become exclusive in our category?
Do not assume exclusivity. Any exclusivity must be specifically
negotiated and stated in a written agreement.
We’re a venue. Can we host Holiday Hustle?
Yes. Send us your city, available space, capacity, available
dates, total pricing, included amenities and relevant venue rules.
