1. Send your vendor referral
Send your business contact to the official vendor form. Have them enter your business or contact name in Who referred you? so your referral can be credited.
2. They book and pay
We match the referral to a real eligible, successful vendor booth payment. A form submission, a promise to book, or a canceled/refunded order does not earn a referral credit.
3. Claim your reward
Request a check of your earned credits before paying for an eligible future booth. With 10 verified paid vendor referrals, one qualifying standard one-day booth is free.
Example: On a $35 booth, 1 eligible referral means $31.50, 3 referrals means $24.50, 5 referrals means $17.50, and 10 referrals means $0. Rewards are booth discounts, not cash commissions. Credit and availability must be confirmed before redemption. Discounts apply to one eligible standard booth and are not automatically applied to an existing Stripe checkout link; rewards do not guarantee space, attendance, or stacking with other promotions.

Memberships are optional monthly subscriptions. They’re separate from your event booth reservation, photos, gift wrapping and advertising purchases.
Vendor Club
For businesses that want to stay connected to Velvet Society’s event opportunities. Eligible accounts may receive advance notice of upcoming markets and consideration for early access, eligible multi-slot incentives, referral credits, cross-promotion and vendor spotlights.
Benefits depend on eligibility and individual offers. A membership never automatically pays for a vendor booth, guarantees priority placement, or guarantees any specific discount or sales.

Join Shopper Club · $5/monthUnder the posted membership refund rules, qualifying cancellations within 48 hours of signup may receive a full refund of the eligible initial charge; after 48 hours, eligible refunds generally equal 90% of the applicable refundable charge. Request membership cancellation to stop future eligible renewals. Canceling a membership does not automatically cancel separate booth or service purchases.
Add a photo or have a gift wrapped
Quick add-on services for shoppers and eligible attendees. Choose an option and check your venue/date’s service availability before paying. These extras are separate from vendor booth reservations.

One eligible photo credit at a participating event photo station. Ask where and when photos will be taken and how the image will be delivered.
